Adding a Pre-Answer Function
To add a Pre-Answer function to your agent:- Log into your account and navigate to the agent editor.
- Click the (+) button in the Functions section and select the “Pre Answer” function.
Configuring the Pre-Answer Function
Once added, you can customize the Pre-Answer function to suit your needs. Configuration options include:- Conditions: Define when the Pre-Answer function should be triggered.
- Actions: Specify the actions the agent should take before answering the call.
